Per-tenant cost cap defaults to €50/month for AI usage, configurable. Stops a compromised token from draining shared spend within minutes. Set higher or lower to match how you use it.

AI budgets assume Cohere Embed Multilingual v3 + Claude Haiku 4.5 / Sonnet 4.6 at typical pilot densities. Heavy retrieval workloads may exceed the included budget; overage is metered with a configurable cap. Rows marked TBD are placeholders pending final commercial decisions.

Common questions

Three things people ask before signing up.

What if I go over the AI budget?

You only get charged up to a cap you set.

Overage is metered, and you set the ceiling. Default is €50/month on top of the plan. If you hit the cap, chat is paused until the next cycle or you raise the cap. You never get a surprise bill.

Can I move from Starter to Business?

Yes, in one click.

Upgrade unlocks multi-user, tenant administration, and visibility roles. Your archive stays where it is — no migration, no re-indexing.

Why not a free tier?

AI cost is real and per-user.

Embedding + chat against your archive has a per-query cost. A free tier with realistic ingestion volume would lose money on every account; a free tier with trivial limits would be a bad demo of the product. Pilots are the right format for "try before you buy."
