What you connect
No new place to file things. Archivez reads what's already in your email and what you choose to upload. Everything stays scoped to your account.
Archivez connects to your mailbox over IMAP with an app password — Gmail, Fastmail, iCloud, or any IMAP provider that supports app passwords. It only reads your mail; it never sends, modifies, or deletes messages. You pick which contacts to track, and Archivez indexes your correspondence with them in both directions. Multiple mailboxes per account, each with its own tracked contacts.
Documents
Upload from your device or paste in from email. Scanned PDFs and TIFF/PNG/JPEG images are OCR'd. Multi-format email attachments are indexed automatically — no separate import.
