Archivez is the product. Open Kinetix d.o.o. is the company behind it. We build software that takes the operational knowledge already inside a business and makes it answer questions.
The company
A Serbia-registered software company with its headquarters and engineering team in Kragujevac. We hold the AWS account, the legal data-controller responsibility, and the parent-company role for Archivez. The mobile app's bundle identifier is com.openkinetix.archivez; the brand and the customer-facing surface are entirely Archivez.
Why this product
Mid-size companies sit on years of contracts, invoices, scanned forms, spreadsheet ledgers, and email threads with the people who run the business. Full-text search misses synonyms, can't handle multilingual or mixed-script content, and can't answer the kind of question a procurement officer or operations lead asks ten times a week. RAG over your own corpus is the right shape of solution; the EU-hosting and tenant-isolation choices are why this version exists.
What we believe
One
We hold the infrastructure; we do not hold rights to the content. No model training on customer data. No analytics on what's in your archive. EU residency by default.
Two
Citations on every assistant response, linked to the page or email passage they came from. Two clicks open the source. Hallucinations aren't gone — they're catchable.
Three
Tenant isolation at the SQL layer, not by policy. Configurable cost caps. Data access that matches what we actually do. Where the system makes a decision a buyer or auditor might want to see, we let them see it.

A small engineering and product team based in Serbia, working in the Central European timezone. Open Kinetix has shipped business software for years; Archivez is the product the team is building publicly.
