A private archive · EU-hosted · Citation-grounded

Your records, recalled.

Archivez is a private archive that answers questions about your files and email — grounded in your sources, hosted in the EU, with every answer cited.

Connect Gmail, upload PDFs, ask a question. Get an answer with citations back to the source page or email. Yours alone.

Currently running in invited pilot. Gmail integration in Google Testing mode.

What it does

Three concrete moments. The product, not the framework.

Find a clause

"Show me contracts with Acme that mention warranty extensions, signed in the last 12 months."

Archivez identifies the supplier, applies the date filter, retrieves the relevant clauses across multiple PDFs, and returns a grounded answer with [1] [2] [3] citations linking to page-level sources. Two clicks open the original PDF.

Find an email

"What did Marcus send last week about the Q2 forecast?"

Filters by sender and date, runs semantic retrieval against indexed email bodies and any PDF or Excel attachments. If multiple people named Marcus exist, the system asks which one — with a candidate list rather than guessing.

On the move

"What was the last service report we filed for this site?"

Asked from the mobile app at a customer site. Returns the answer with a linked PDF in seconds. Native iOS app, not a wrapped web view.

Two ways to use it

Personal archive, or shared with your team.

Roadmap

What's next.

v1 covers PDF, DOCX, XLSX, scanned images, and Gmail across body and attachments. Beyond v1 we're extending sources, refining structure-aware chunking, and serving regulated tenants with their own keys.
